Comprising a restaurant and dining hall, plus outdoor seating on the veranda in the summer, Ekebergrestauranten is busy pretty much all year round.
“We use Staffers and Planday for scheduling. We are a big team, with being open every day, both lunch and dinner,” said Ragnhild Ousland, General Manager of Ekebergrestauranten.
With around 100 staff during the winter, rising to 150 to 200 in the summer, operations need to run smoothly to ensure the level of service customers have come to expect.

“I usually use Staffers if I want to pick up some extra shifts, or if I’m interested in looking at or experiencing the other restaurants in the Furset group.
