How does it work?
Sync Planday to VismaLøn in a few simple steps.
Ensure salary codes and shift-types in Planday correspond to Visma’s wage items and results units.
Import the file and process payroll as usual.
Set up your integration
- Ensure admin access in Planday (with rights across departments, payroll settings) and in VismaLøn (integration/import permissions).
- In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → VismaLøn 300/600, click Set up → Activate.
- In Planday: Under Settings → Payroll, configure salary codes (e.g., normal hours, overtime, leave) and verify employees have correct identifiers that match Visma.
- In Planday: Under Departments, ensure each has the correct “avdelningsnummer” (department number) to map into Visma’s result units.
- Export a test file: Choose a small group of employees, select the date interval, export the Visma format file, import into Visma and validate hours, codes, departments.
- After validation: Roll out the workflow for your full payroll cycle; monitor first run closely and refine as needed.
