Align salary codes, employee IDs and cost centres between systems so data lands correctly.
Approve shifts in Planday → export to Visma → complete payroll with accurate data.
Set up your integration
- Ensure Admin access in both Planday and Visma
- In Planday: Activate the Visma integration under Settings → Integrations
- Configure salary codes and departments so they match Visma’s payroll structure
- Validate by exporting a small test batch of approved shifts and reviewing the import in Visma
- Roll out across the organisation once accuracy is confirmed
