  • Enable Vectron in Planday and approve the secure integration.

  • Align Vectron devices/outlets to Planday Revenue Units so data lands in the right department.

  • Use revenue data inside your schedule to match staffing to demand and improve cost control.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Admin permissions in Planday and access to Vectron’s integration settings
  • In Planday: go to Settings → Integrations → Vectron and activate the connection
  • Under Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue, create Revenue Units for each location or department
  • Map Vectron revenue inputs to those Revenue Units in the integration settings
  • Validate that revenue appears on scheduled days, then roll out across sites
