  • Activate UnTill in Planday and authorise secure sharing of revenue data.

  • Match UnTill registers/outlets to the appropriate Planday Revenue Units for each department or location.

  • Use live revenue performance inside Planday to right-size staffing and protect your margins.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure Admin access in Planday and in UnTill
  • In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → UnTill, enable the connection
  • Under Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue, set up Revenue Units aligned to departments/locations
  • In the integration settings: map each UnTill outlet to the correct Revenue Unit
  • Validate data — check that revenue appears correctly in Planday on scheduled days
  • Roll out the integration across all locations once confirmed
