How does it work?

  • Sync Planday to Tripletex in a few simple steps.

  • Register employee numbers and pay-codes that align with Tripletex’s system so data imports smoothly.

  • Upload the file into Tripletex, validate data, then process your pay-run.

Set up your integration

  • Make sure you have Administrator access in Planday (all departments, payroll export rights) and corresponding access in Tripletex.
  • In Planday: Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Tripletex, follow the setup guide, choose the correct export format.
  • In Planday: Under Settings → Payroll → Salary Codes, map pay-items (regular, overtime, allowances) and ensure each employee has the correct employee number matching Tripletex.
  • Approve shifts for your pilot group, export the file, import into Tripletex, and validate all codes, hours and departments.
  • If successful, roll out across your full workforce. Monitor the first full payroll for accuracy and refine mapping where needed.
