How does it work?

  • Enable the Staffers integration in Planday and authorise data sharing between the two systems.

  • Align roles, departments and employment statuses in Planday with corresponding entities in Staffers so the data flows correctly.

  • Use Staffers to manage onboarding, training, performance — while schedules and shifts stay in Planday, all linked.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure Administrator access in both Planday and Staffers
  • In Planday: Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Staffers, and click “Set up”
  • Authorise the connection and select which data-fields you wish to sync (e.g., employees, departments, roles)
  • In Staffers: Map incoming Planday fields (departments, roles, shift types) to Staffers’ internal structure
  • Pilot with a small group of employees: add them in Planday, check if they appear correctly in Staffers with the right roles, departments and data
  • Roll out across all teams and ensure HR workflows are updated to reflect the integrated system
