How does it work?

  • Enable the Square integration from Planday.

  • Set up Revenue Units in Planday.

  • Revenue appears right in the Planday schedule.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Admin access in Planday and the right permissions in Square.
  • In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Square and connect your Square account.
  • Under Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue, create Revenue Units for each business area you track
  • Map Square data sources to the corresponding Revenue Units
  • Validate the connection by checking the first day’s revenue appears correctly against shifts
  • Roll out the integration across all departments and locations
