Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Administrator access in Planday (across departments and schedule data) and setup permissions in SalesScreen.
  • In Planday: Navigate to Settings → Integrations → SalesScreen, authorise the connection.
  • Configure which data fields to sync (employees, departments, scheduled hours, results).
  • In SalesScreen: Map incoming Planday fields to your performance metrics (teams, shifts, goals).
  • Pilot: Launch a campaign or leaderboard for one team, review behaviour and results.
  • Roll out: Extend across all teams, communicate the platform, and integrate into your recognition workflows.
