Set up your integration
- Ensure you have Administrator access in Planday (across departments and schedule data) and setup permissions in SalesScreen.
- In Planday: Navigate to Settings → Integrations → SalesScreen, authorise the connection.
- Configure which data fields to sync (employees, departments, scheduled hours, results).
- In SalesScreen: Map incoming Planday fields to your performance metrics (teams, shifts, goals).
- Pilot: Launch a campaign or leaderboard for one team, review behaviour and results.
- Roll out: Extend across all teams, communicate the platform, and integrate into your recognition workflows.
