How does it work?

  • Sync Planday to Salary in a few simple steps.

  • Select Planday as data provider and configure import of employees and hours.

  • Approved shifts in Planday flow into Salary ready for payroll run.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Admin access in Planday (Departments, Payroll export, Integrations) and in Salary (integration setup).
  • In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Salary, generate/copy the API key and enable the connection.
  • In Salary: Go to Integrations → Data provider → Planday, paste the token, select what you want to import (employees, hours) and save.
  • In Planday: Ensure employee identifiers (email) and payroll settings (salary codes, departments) are correctly configured (so import matches).
  • Test: Approve a few shifts in Planday, import into Salary, verify hours and pay items appear correctly. Then roll-out fully.
