How does it work?
Sync Planday to ProLøn in a few simple steps.
Ensure salary codes and departments are defined so they match the expected format in ProLøn.
Run the payroll export for the date interval, using the “ProLøn” format.
Set up your integration
- Make sure you have Administrator access in Planday (for all departments, shifts, payroll export) and appropriate setup permissions in ProLøn.
- In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → ProLøn → Set up, activate the export format and ensure authorised credential access.
- In Planday: Under Settings → Payroll → Salary Codes, configure your pay-items (regular hours, overtime, allowances) so they align with ProLøn’s structure.
- In Planday: Under Settings → Departments, ensure each department has correct cost-centre or department number if required for ProLøn.
- Test the export: approve a few shifts, export using the ProLøn format, import into ProLøn, and validate hours, salary codes and department assignments.
- Once validated: roll out the workflow for the full payroll cycle, monitor first pay-run for any mismatches, and refine as needed.
