Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Admin privileges in Planday with access to all departments and data exports.
  • In Planday: Navigate to Settings > Integrations, select PMI (by d2o), authorise data access, and export your approved shift and labour cost data.
  • In PMI: Set up Planday as your time-keeping system, map departments, job categories and properties. Load initial data and configure dashboards.
  • Confirm data flow: Monitor first data sync, validate hours/costs align, then enable the analytics, benchmarking and productivity modules.
