Activate the OnSlip integration in Planday and authorise secure revenue access.
Link each OnSlip terminal or business area to departments / Revenue Units in Planday.
Make proactive adjustments with live revenue insights directly in the schedule.
Set up your integration
- Ensure Admin rights in both Planday and OnSlip
- In Planday: go to Settings → Integrations → OnSlip and click Set up
- Set up Revenue Units reflecting each department or site you want to track
- Map OnSlip revenue data to the correct Revenue Units
- Validate the sync — confirm revenue matches the correct location/shift data in Planday
- Roll out fully and start using revenue metrics to guide scheduling decisions
