How does it work?

  • Activate the OnSlip integration in Planday and authorise secure revenue access.

  • Link each OnSlip terminal or business area to departments / Revenue Units in Planday.

  • Make proactive adjustments with live revenue insights directly in the schedule.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure Admin rights in both Planday and OnSlip
  • In Planday: go to Settings → Integrations → OnSlip and click Set up
  • Set up Revenue Units reflecting each department or site you want to track
  • Map OnSlip revenue data to the correct Revenue Units
  • Validate the sync — confirm revenue matches the correct location/shift data in Planday
  • Roll out fully and start using revenue metrics to guide scheduling decisions
