How does it work?

  • Enable OnlinePOS in Planday and authorise secure data sharing between the systems.

  • Set up Revenue Units in Planday and link each of your OnlinePOS outlets or product groups accordingly.

  • Use real-time sales data inside your Planday schedule to understand profitability and adjust shifts instantly.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Admin access in both Planday and OnlinePOS
  • In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → OnlinePOS, click Set up and connect your account
  • In Planday: Under Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue, create Revenue Units and align them with your departments/locations
  • Map OnlinePOS revenue sources to the corresponding Revenue Units
  • Validate the first sync — check that revenue correctly appears against scheduled shifts
  • Roll out across all locations and include revenue in regular schedule reviews
