What's included?

  • Automatic import of revenue data

  • Map Mews accounting categories

  • Revenue displayed directly in Planday

  • Near-real-time syncing

  • Supports multi-property hospitality operations

How does it work?

  • Sync Planday to Mews in a few simple steps.

  • Set up Revenue Units and map each to a department and shift.

  • With revenue flowing in, use Planday’s schedule view or reports to monitor labour cost vs revenue.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure Administrator access in Planday (across all departments) and appropriate rights in Mews to create tokens.
  • In Planday: go to Settings → Integrations → Overview, locate “Mews”, click Set up, paste the token from Mews and click Save.
  • In Planday: Under Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue, create Revenue Units for each department/location you want to track. Make sure the “Enter daily revenue” checkbox is selected.
  • In the integration setup: map the Mews accounting categories to the Revenue Units you created in Planday. Set import options (tax included/excluded, consumed bills) and confirm the mapping.
  • Verify: check the schedule view in Planday (top-right → View settings → toggle “Revenue”) and see if revenue values appear for shifts. Run pilot for a few days, assess data accuracy, then roll-out.
