How does it work?

  • Enable Level in Planday and authorise secure data sharing.

  • Configure eligibility, payout rules and timing.

  • Employees can access part of their earned pay before payday.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Admin access in both Planday and Level
  • In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Level and connect your account
  • Map employee identifiers and wage settings so Level can calculate earned access accurately
  • Test the connection: approve a few shifts in Planday and validate it generates correct earnings in Level
  • Roll out to all eligible departments or locations — communicate launch benefits to staff to maximise uptake
