How does it work?

  • Sync Planday to Lessor PM in a few simple steps.

  • Ensure salary codes and department/cost-centre numbers are aligned so they match Lessor PM.

  • Import the file and proceed with the payroll run using the correct data.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Administrator access in Planday (across all departments/locations) and appropriate setup rights in Lessor PM.
  • In Planday: Navigate to Settings → Integrations, select Lessor PM, and activate the integration, ensuring the export format and field mapping are enabled.
  • In Planday: Under Payroll → Salary Codes, configure pay items (regular hours, overtime, supplements) and ensure department/cost-centre numbers align with Lessor PM’s structure.
  • Run a test export: pick a small group, export using the Lessor format, import into Lessor PM, verify hours, pay items, departments all map correctly.
  • Go live: once validated, start using the linked workflow for regular payroll cycles; monitor first runs, refine mapping if needed.
