How does it work?

  • Enable the integration and authorise Planday to receive revenue/transaction data.

  • Choose any necessary settings like import intervals, tax/service charge inclusion, etc.

  • Revenue data appears in Planday’s schedule and reporting.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Administrator access in Planday (rights over integrations, reports, schedule & departments) and proper setup rights in Lavu (to enable external integrations/data feed).
  • In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Lavu, click “Set up” and connect your Lavu account, authorising revenue data flow.
  • In Planday: Under Reports → Revenue → Manage Revenue, create Revenue Units for each department/location/outlet you want to monitor.
  • In the integration settings: Map your Lavu outlets/product groups to Planday Revenue Units. Configure import frequency, tax/service inclusion and start date for data sync.
  • Validate: Check that revenue data appears in Planday for scheduled shifts/outlets. Monitor for a short pilot period to ensure mappings are correct and data flows as expected.
  • Roll out: Once validated, the integration runs live—use the insights in scheduling, cost control and shift-planning decisions.
