How does it work?
Sync Planday to Intect in a few simple steps.
Define salary codes in Planday and align them with Intect’s pay-items.
Approved shift data flows from Planday into Intect.
Set up your integration
- Ensure Administrator access in Planday (over all departments, integrations) and access in Intect (to manage imports and payroll data).
- In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Intect, and enable the connection. Generate or configure any export/API credentials as required.
- Map your departments/units, import labour cost, and you’re live. The labour cost data will now flow into your Apicbase analytics.
- Ensure that in Planday: Salary codes, Departments, Employee IDs are correctly configured to match Intect’s requirements.
- Perform a test export: Approve a set of shifts in Planday; import into Intect; check that hours, salary codes and cost centres map correctly; run a small payroll batch.
- Once validated: Roll out to full payroll cycle, monitor first runs, refine mappings if required.
