How does it work?

  • Generate API credentials and authorise InstaPaid to access approved-shift data.

  • Employee profiles, wage identifiers and approved hours in Planday are linked to InstaPaid.

  • Staff view their earned pay via InstaPaid.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure you have Administrator access in Planday (for employee/wage data) and InstaPaid.
  • In Planday: Navigate to Settings → Integrations → InstaPaid, generate App ID/Token and link the feed.
  • In InstaPaid: Select Planday as registration system, input the credentials, and configure which employee groups are eligible.
  • Map salary identifiers & approved-hours criteria in Planday so data flows correctly into InstaPaid.
  • Pilot with a small group: have a few shifts approved and see the earned-pay balance show in InstaPaid properly.
  • Go live: roll out across all eligible teams, communicate the benefit to employees, monitor uptake and feedback.
