Run your payroll export from Planday and import it into Hogia — with hours already verified and ready to pay.
Set up your integration
- Confirm Admin permissions in Planday and Hogia’s payroll system
- In Planday: go to Settings → Integrations → Hogia Lön / Hogia Lön Plus and enable the export option
- Configure salary codes, department numbers and employee details in Planday to match Hogia’s structure
- Test the export using a small set of approved shifts to confirm codes and hours import correctly
- Once validated, run your full payroll cycle using the integrated data flow and monitor the first run for accuracy
