How does it work?
Sync Planday to DataLøn in a few simple steps.
Configure salary codes in Planday and ensure departments correspond to DataLøn.
Import the file and proceed with payroll processing.
Set up your integration
- Confirm Admin access in Planday (full departments, payroll exports, integrations) and relevant permissions in DataLøn.
- In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → DataLøn, select export format, enable it, and configure mapping.
- In Planday: Under Payroll settings → Salary Codes, set up your pay items (regular hours, overtime, allowances).
- In Planday: Ensure departments/cost-centre codes align with what DataLøn expects.
- Test the export: choose a subset of employees/shifts, export to DataLøn format, import into DataLøn, validate hours, codes and departments.
- Once validated: roll out the whole workflow and monitor the first full payroll for accuracy.
