Set up your integration
- Confirm Administrator access in Planday (for all relevant departments, wage settings, integrations) and in Danløn (for import/setup permissions)
- In Planday: Go to Settings → Integrations → Danløn, activate the export format, ensure credentials or mapping are ready
- In Planday: Under Payroll → Salary Codes, configure pay items and ensure they align with Danløn’s expected structure
- In Planday: Under Departments/Cost Centres, verify numbers/data align with Danløn’s system
- Test export: Select a small group of employees, export the file, import into Danløn, validate hours, cost centres, pay items
- Roll out: Once validation is successful, use the workflow for live payroll; monitor first cycle and refine settings as needed
