Set up your integration
- Ensure Admin permissions in both Planday and Cappy
- In Planday: go to Settings → Integrations → Cappy and activate the connector
- Select employee and payroll-related data points to sync
- Validate mapping: approve shifts in Planday and confirm wage info appears correctly in Cappy
- Roll out across departments once accuracy is confirmed in test runs
