How does it work?

  • Turn on the Ancon integration in Planday and authorise secure revenue access.

  • Align Ancon revenue sources (registers, venues, zones) to Planday Revenue Units.

  • Labour cost and revenue appear side-by-side in the schedule — so you can adjust shifts before costs rise.

Set up your integration

  • Confirm Admin permissions in both platforms
  • In Planday: go to Settings → Integrations → Ancon and activate the connection
  • Set up Revenue Units for departments or locations you want to track
  • Map incoming revenue data to the correct Revenue Units
  • Validate sync accuracy with one location or department before full rollout
