Turn on the Ancon integration in Planday and authorise secure revenue access.
Align Ancon revenue sources (registers, venues, zones) to Planday Revenue Units.
Labour cost and revenue appear side-by-side in the schedule — so you can adjust shifts before costs rise.
Set up your integration
- Confirm Admin permissions in both platforms
- In Planday: go to Settings → Integrations → Ancon and activate the connection
- Set up Revenue Units for departments or locations you want to track
- Map incoming revenue data to the correct Revenue Units
- Validate sync accuracy with one location or department before full rollout
