  • Enable the Ajour integration in Planday and authorise access to revenue data.

  • Align Ajour registers or sales categories to Planday Revenue Units to ensure the right data lands in the right place.

  • Use revenue straight inside Planday’s scheduling view to align labour with demand and protect margins.

Set up your integration

  • Ensure Admin access in both Planday and Ajour
  • In Planday: go to Settings → Integrations and activate Ajour
  • In Planday: set up Revenue Units aligned with departments/locations
  • In the integration settings: map Ajour revenue sources to those Revenue Units
  • Verify the first revenue sync in Planday, then roll out for your full schedule
