Happy Tammsvik:
A venue for company events to remember

Creatively designed, historic mansion converted to service-focused conference venue and hotel. Originally built for the Tamm-family in 1921, it was bought by Nick Arskin in 1976, who envisioned a creative setting for companies to have productive and fun meetings, conferences and events.

The Problem:

Happy Tammsvik's previous timekeeping system only allowed employees to clock in and out. It didn't incorporate messaging or payroll. Having to use different systems for different tasks wasted time.

The Solution:

Today, Ulrika Bergström, Director at Happy Tammsvik appreciates how quick and efficient employee communication is with Planday. The software is also a more efficient way to track hours. Employees like that they can easily clock in and out and see their schedules any time.

"It is a modern way of keeping track of working hours." Ulrika Bergström, Director

The result:

Planday helps Happy Tammsvik save hours of time on administrative work, so the staff and management can focus their energy on making their “guests feel that we really care for them, not only creating the environment for a good conference/meeting, but also provide the opportunity to be creative, crazy, happy, energetic and live life”, as Bergström says.
