We sat down with Happy Tammsvik, a converted, historical mansion now used for company gatherings and team building events, to talk about their staffing and salary challenges.

As a big venue with many different types of events on offer, adaptability is key. And with “Happy” as part of the name, enthusiasm and motivation is something management is looking for in their staff. One of the most important factors at Tammsvik, is enjoyment – so staff needs to be present and aware, to help guests relax and have fun.
